The honors were for Savory and SavoryOnline, the content marketing platform for Ahold-Delhaize, recognizing Best Publication Design and Best Use of Photography. Both focused on Savory’s January 2020 refreshed design across print and digital.
“In reconceptualizing the design, our goals were to strengthen the Ahold brands’ corporate style without losing Savory’s unique look and feel; and to create a more satisfying and user-friendly product that inspires and helps our customer,” said Marieken van den Braak, Savory’s Creative Director. “We also made adjustments to our photography, with a fresh, modern, friendly feel, and simple, down-to-earth food styling. Our goal is to inspire readers and customers with ‘good food made easy’.”
